Mission, Vision, Core Values & Strategic Plan

During the fall and winter of each year Tourism Vancouver Island’s team dedicates considerable time to establishing a series of objectives, strategies and tactics to reach the association’s overarching goals. The goals of the association are developed by the Board of Directors and form the direction of the strategic plan. Tourism Vancouver Island’s Board of Directors reviews and revises the association’s Strategic Plan on an annual basis.
